Lessons Learned From The Gut Healing Challenge

I know we are eventually getting out of this situation and will be back to work and the routine. Hopefully, there were lessons learned and some most important points were proven these past few months. We need a better healthcare system. I truly believe in integrative medicine. Functional medicine makes so much sense, but we all know we need our traditional medicine so much, too. Integrating the best of both worlds should be the way of the future and hopefully, we will be heading that way. 

Even NYC hospitals incorporated intravenous vitamin C into the treatment against coronavirus. What an amazing week of Digestive Reset Challenge we had. Many of you were able to post the pictures and many simply messaged or emailed me.
